Short-Term Rental VA|Guest Experience & Operations

I am a Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant and Guest Experience Specialist with over 10 years of hospitality experience supporting hotels and short-term rental properties. I began my career at a 140-room boutique hotel in Singapore, where I spent nearly a decade in front office, reservations, and guest services roles. During this time, I handled guest check-ins and check-outs, OTA reservations, upselling, complaint resolution, night audits, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams. This experience built a strong foundation in guest satisfaction, operational accuracy, and service recovery. Most recently, I supported a US-based short-term rental company as a Virtual Assistant. I managed daily guest communications across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct-booking sites, ensuring timely and professional responses from inquiry through post-checkout. I coordinated cleaner scheduling and turnovers using Turno, managed smart lock access codes via Schlage, and assisted with listing updates. I also handled supply ordering through Amazon and Costco, responded to guest reviews, tracked tasks using Notion, generated booking and revenue reports using OwnerRez, updated digital guidebooks and StayFi guest lists, and assisted with damage claims and urgent guest concerns when needed.
