Before i had my trainings at a hospital, I have had a 2 months training in a call center company. Which is centered around using an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects; Support and provide superior service via phones, and use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
As I am currently reviewing for my IELTS exam, my writing training involved writing a 150 or 250 words paragraph for a certain topic. I also had trainings in using MS Word when I was still in college.
