I am a Customer Service Specialist. I'm in this industry for more than 4 years now.
On one of my previous jobs, I was an Email and Chat support where you have to undergo and
pass "GEM (Grammar for Electronic Messaging) Training before we get deployed to the production area. This allowed me to enhance my writing skills. I was promoted to SME or Subject Matter Expert where part of the job desription was to research on new technologies, updates, and even the competitor's new products.
At this time, my friend buys my article on which topics are given by his client. We're doing this until such time I find my own employer.
