I'm a quantity surveyor/Cost estimator with 5 years of professional experience. I specialized in doing materials and labor takeoff in architectural and structural. But I know also how to do takeoffs of plumbing and sanitary, fire protection system and electrical works. I am expert in using software such as blue beam revu and autodesk design review. I know also how to used planswift and on screen takeoff which my licensed was expired. My previous experience includes working in different races of clients specifically from US, UK and Australia. While working with them, I also know their building standards and I've finished more than 20 projects from different countries.
