I experienced working in a Call Center as a Technical Support Representative, basically we handle all concerns related with a specific internet service provider like billing concerns, product inquiries, PC and internet troubleshooting etc. With this, I can do well as a home based call center agent.
I have skills with both computer hardware and software,different operating systems, microsoft office, basic networking and the Internet. I can do web page programming using HTML, javascript, php, and has a background in using some database software.
My typing skills are not that bad, I can manage 40 to 50 words per minute and can still
be improved if needed, for Data Entry.
I have the knowledge and skills regarding the use of the English language. I have been trained to use and practice the said language since grade school, thus I am good in spelling and grammar.
I manage my time very well and can work any time.
