Following the closure of our account due to COVID-19, I resigned and joined an E-commerce company that serves Amazon sellers. In my initial six months, I was part of the reinstatement team, focusing on developing comprehensive plans of action to reinstate accounts. This involved proactive communication with Amazon's performance team to expedite processes and seek updates on submitted plans. Subsequently, I transitioned to the Inventory Management team, responsible for overseeing Amazon wholesaler inventories, minimizing loss, and facilitating reimbursements for any discrepancies. In my latest role in the PPC department, I collaborated with my Supervisor on tasks such as keyword research, competitor analysis, and PPC optimization, aiming to enhance product visibility and minimize losses.
