Profile Description

I am a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate. I write articles and stories, may it be for comic books/mangga, novelettes, short stories, not publish and are only for a hobby.  I have 13 years of experience as part-time bookkeeper. I tried working in the BPO industry which gave me years of meaningful work experiences, 4 years as Customer Service Representative & Technical Support Representative, more than 3 years as a Real-Time Analyst for Workforce Management. As a Real Time Analyst, I work with, excel, Aceyus, IEX and scheduling of agents. As a part-time bookkeeper, I also use excel, word, for auditor's report, financial statements and tax preparation.  I am cautious when it comes to instructions and keen to details. I can perform tasks even unsupervised using only given procedures and necessary data. I can adapt easily with new work  process and is always willing to acquire new knowledge and skills that are being ask by my work.
