Customer Service Representative | Appointment Setter| Data Entry

In my most recent previous job, I have worked remotely as an Appointment Setter to one of the largest Electrical Company in the United States where we received calls, emails, and chats from customers. Our main goal is to provide information about the company's service and schedule appointments to potential clients or qualified leads.

I have worked in customer service for 5 years and I have proven track record of providing excellent customer service. I am patient and efficient in dealing with customer's inquires and I am also skilled in managing customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

I would describe myself as someone who is motivated and eager to learn. With my experience for the past years I can say that data entry is not hard to learn. I am knowledgeable enough to use the Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
