Virtual Assistant/Customer Service and BnB

I have always been teaching myself in learning more in this modern era. I don't give limits to any learning I can have to make myself effective and efficient at work. Overall in MS office, emails and so on, I have been using it on my daily tasks.

Have been handling different people in different ages and career background. Been an effective leader and showing them also that I cannot only tell them what and how to deliver a job well done but also showing them how to effectively do it in a better way. I can work on every differences especially on how they can understand better and do their tasks way better than my own understanding.

I have always assigned to this certain task even I know to myself I am not doing well. However, overtime, I can overcome this kind of tasks. I have been handling delivering sales also making sales. I have also learned reports in proper dealing with sales , cash flow, and so on.

I have always been working with this skill in any experience I have, Customer services is a must in remote jobs as well as in field.

This skill has been enhanced throughout my experience. Active listening from guests concerns, to the management and as well as the staff and colleagues as well. This is necessary especially in resolving such issues or concerns.

I am giving myself time to learn and see things through before doing such certain actions. I am easy to learn and easy to adopt on changes
