Currently, I am working as a supervisor in one of the BPO company. I have a knowledge in some platforms like slacks, basecamp, google sheets and docs. I also have a knowledge about Microsoft office application. I have an experience being a data technician for a couple of months, I am good in encoding, proof reading, and we've been using XML as our programming language. I been working also as a customer service representative for 4 years. I know how to deal with customers politely and I am good in cross selling. I am also an ESL teacher teacher kids at a different level.
