Profile Description

Being a registered nurse, i like to care and help people even for a small thing as long as i can. now a days it is difficult to find a job as a nurse here in the Philippines, so when i am waiting for the result of our exam i try to apply in the call center.
I had call center experience only for 1 month in business to business account, yes it's difficult at first, but because of our leaders it became more easy. During my stay in that call center i experience a lot, like to think positive always, to have a unity in a group, the importance of listening and because of all that specially prayer i became one of the top agent for a week.
If I will be hired in this company, this will be my first time to work from home. I am willing to be trained, because i know it will help a lot to became a good employee and to serve people much better.
