I worked for 6 years in a BPO Industry as a Retention, Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Technical Support and Chat Support). After that, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work from home and I was hired as a Chat Support for almost 2 years. I was also hired as an Email Support for eBay. I am able to communicate, write and read in English. I am familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). I have the ability to communicate with diverse personality and has the ability to communicate with different people. I also have the comfort of working with groups and individuals. I am extremely competent and confident in sales and customer satisfaction.I have experience in handling Live Chats and Customer Upgrade to see actual info addition, I worked as an online virtual assistant.
