In our role as telemarketers, we are tasked with generating leads and identifying prospective customers who demonstrate potential interest in the product or service. This involves gathering their contact details for future follow-up. Additionally, we diligently maintain records of all calls, noting outcomes such as sales, callbacks, and disinterested parties on a daily basis. Compliance with pertinent telemarketing regulations is paramount, necessitating obtaining consent for calls when necessary and respecting do-not-call lists.

For nearly five years, I served as the primary point of contact for telemarketing operations. In addition to managing this role, I conducted training sessions for new tea ---------- mbers and provided refresher courses to colleagues who were struggling to meet their weekly targets. My commitment and diligence in my responsibilities were acknowledged when I was honored as the Team Player of the Year for 2023 in November, reflecting my dedication and hard work.
