Licensed Engineer

Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure proper execution and compliance with specified quantities and quality standards. Conduct cost estimation, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and support budgeting activities. Manage resources including internal team members, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to align with project timelines and requirements. Oversee supplier and manufacturer coordination by sourcing, evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders. Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and expectations. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and lead meetings to maintain transparency and address any issues or concerns. Prepare monthly progress claims, invoices, site schedules, and construction programs. Compile and manage essential project documentation including ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), variations, RFIs (Requests for Information), notices, investigation reports, and practical completion documents. Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
