Profile Description

I am a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with over a year of professional experience in estimating, structural layout, and construction support. I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working, with a strong commitment to delivering accurate and code-compliant work.

I have solid experience designing and estimating beams, trusses, wall frames, and floor systems for New Zealand projects using MiTek software. I am highly proficient in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Excel, and AutoCAD for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and drawing preparation.

My professional background includes preparing estimates and technical drawings for residential, commercial, and warehouse developments while ensuring compliance with relevant standards. I also have experience as an Estimator specializing in stair nosing, tactile indicators, carpark fixtures, and entry mat systems.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Engineer where I managed cost estimates and supervised on-site installation for granite and marble countertops, cladding, and floor tile works. This role strengthened my ability to coordinate with teams, monitor project progress, and maintain quality workmanship.

Currently, I am seeking new opportunities where I can contribute my technical expertise, expand my international project exposure, and support the successful delivery of construction projects from design through completion.
