I believe my biggest asset is my willingness to learn and having no fear to dive into the unknown. All the skills I have today definitely did not come natural to me. I had to think hard about what skills I wanted to learn and be committed to improve them the best I can. All of my working experiences were new to me when I started, and it was my drive that allowed me to be the best I could be in every opportunity.
My working experience started when I was an article writer back in College. I was tasked to write three 500 word articles a day and upload them to our client's website. I had to do research on their various products, highlight their features, and drive them to the
My second job experience was with TAO Philippines where I became a Communicator. Tao Philippines offered a 5-day island hopping tours around the islands of Palawan. As a communicator, I was tasked to brief our guests on how to prepare for their tour, what to expect, and the rules and regulations. During the trip, I would educate them about the different islands we visit, how we work with the community to give opportunity back to the people, and create a fun-filled itinerary with a lot of exploration of our beautiful islands.
After returning to Manila, I got a job as IQOS Sales Coach. I had to reach out to cigarette smokers and convert them to IQOS users. IQOS is a tobacco product that is a safer alternative to smoking cigarettes. For the year of 2020, I consistently converted 20 smokers to IQOS users a month, and became the top converter for that year. We used what we call "Guided Trials' to demo and educate our clients about the difference between IQOS and Cigarettes. As well as the benefits you get from making a full conversion.
I then moved to Rainfactory as a Social Media Coordinator. I was in charge of replying to comments across the social media platforms of our clients. Also, labeling the types of comments and creating weekly reports about our engagement. I had to create monthly content calendars for posting and made sure we had at least 12 posts per month. I also did articles for their blogs focusing on the topics of crowdfunding and eCommerce.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I shoot and edit content for Mikael and Megan Daez. From short reels, Vlogs, and Podcasts.
