- Submit a claim to the insurance of the defendant and/or the client - Called the police station to inquire about the police report's status - Submit an SR1/SR19 to the DMV on the client's behalf - Follow up with the client's or defendant's insurance to request the necessary documents for the claim and check the claim's liability stance - Sorting emails and mailed documents - Draft and submit a letter of representation to the insurance company of the client or defendant - Managed end-to-end retrieval of medical records and billing from healthcare providers, including submitting and tracking requests through platforms such as Ciox, MRO, ChartSwap etc. - Followed through on outstanding requests to ensure timely receipt of records - Reviewed documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements - Maintained organized documentation and updated case management systems - Prepare a demand Packet
