Some people enjoy working with numbers. Others enjoy solving problems. I happen to enjoy both.

Over the past several years, I've worked in bookkeeping, property management, and business operations, helping business owners stay organized and focused on growth. My experience includes QuickBooks Online, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bookkeeping clean-up. At the same time, I've managed day-to-day property operations, coordinated vendors and maintenance teams, communicated with guests and tenants, handled scheduling, monitored property performance, and supported short-term rental portfolios across Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Direct Booking and other Booking Platforms.

What sets me apart is that I understand both the financial and operational side of a business. I can reconcile your books in the morning, investigate a billing issue in the afternoon, and coordinate a maintenance vendor before the day ends. I enjoy creating systems, improving processes, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks.
