My name is Upgrade to see actual info, I've been working at an online job for almost 4 years as a general virtual assistant. I am deft in Excel, Open Office, and other software knowledge. I am handy in both soft and hard skills. I am a well-organized, reliable, and quick learner.

I was an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper at T3 Web Services Company, my job is to keep track of a business's financial transactions. These services include recording what money comes into and flows out of a business, such as payments from customers and payments made to vendors. Using Xero, I know how to set up accounts, charts of accounts and other bookkeeping works. Also, I was able to work at Metro West Realty source company, as a data entry and email wherein my job was to aid in day-to-day activities and coordinate with the rest of the team, I was assigned to input all the leads from various sources into CRM for ISA to follow up with. I used to be a customer Chat support for Japan's number 1 product, answering inquiries from our customers worldwide via chat, in our team we use Slack for our communication. Lastly, I was a real estate locator and texter at Texas High Riser Company, where my job was to find locations/properties for our clients who were looking for an apartment, house, or townhome that was for rent. We use apartment data, simple homes, Google Maps, Airtable and PipeDrive CRM.
