I know Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and not just the basic knowledge of it, that i can assure you.
I can type fast and my grammar in English is sufficient.
I have basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and picture editting. BASIC is the word here.
I am Computer literate. This means i may be able to help you with problems ranging from the less complicated "getting the serial number of your PC/Laptop", to the not so less complicated issues like establishing local area connections.
