Ticketing systems like Rave, ConnectWise Manage, OSTicket, Zoho, Autotask, and others. Administration support for Active Directory, MS 365, MS Office 365, and other desktop problems. System Analysis and provide feedback to Dev's Team. Document everything using ITGlue and OneNote. Reinstall Operating Upgrade to see actual infot up email on outlook and their mobile device both android and iOS. Troubleshoot outlook problems and many others.
