Account Setup & Clean-Up (QBO & Xero)

-Set up QuickBooks Online or Xero accounts from scratch
-Organize the Chart of Accounts and upload historical transactions
-Connect bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways
-Set up sales tax, opening balances, and recurring transactions
-Clean up duplicates, reconcile accounts, and configure user access

Ongoing Bookkeeping

-Categorize transactions accurately in the system.
-Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and online payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
-Manage A/P (Enter vendor details and create bills)
-Manage A/R (Enter customer details, create invoices, receive payments, and monitor due dates)
-Assist with Payroll

-Profit and Loss Report

-Cash Flow Report
