I am a driven and adaptable professional with a diverse background in customer service, real estate, and sales. I bring nearly two years of experience in the BPO industry, along with a growing track record in the rental and property sector—both locally and internationally.
I began my career in customer service in late 2021, where I developed strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills while handling a wide range of customer concerns in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This experience taught me how to remain calm, professional, and effective, even in challenging situations.
In 2023, I transitioned into the real estate industry by joining Filipino Homes. Starting from scratch, I quickly learned the fundamentals of the business—including social media marketing, client engagement, property viewings, pricing strategies, and payment structures. I also gained experience in team coordination, which further strengthened my leadership and organizational skills.
I then worked with a Singapore-based rental company, where I successfully closed multiple deals and further enhanced my sales capabilities. I learned the importance of guiding clients rather than pushing for a sale—educating them on their options, building trust, and creating value-driven urgency that leads to successful conversions.
I am passionate about real estate, highly trainable, and always eager to grow. My strengths include sales closing, marketing, client engagement, time management, and resilience under pressure. I am now seeking new opportunities where I can apply my skills, continue learning, and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I decided to take my real estate career to the next level, driven by my passion for the industry and a strong desire to keep learning. This time, I ventured into working with an international client and was hired by St. Pete Homes, a growing company based in Florida. My role involved cold calling homeowners to see if they were interested in selling their properties, which the company would then acquire, renovate, and either rent out or sell at a higher value. I also managed their social media and email communications. While the experience was valuable and helped me grow professionally, the compensation was not sustainable—with frequent delays in payouts—so I made the decision to move on in search of a better opportunity.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
After leaving St. Pete Homes, I started working with a Singapore Company which business is about rental. This time, I am very confident about my sales skills, I manage to close many rooms and earned a lot. I fell inlove with real estate and how it works, how is it beneficial to everyone and I love to venture more and expand my skills.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
In late 2021, I began my journey in Customer Service. Growing up, I was always a social butterfly—I loved joining speaking contests and broadcasting competitions to improve the way I communicate. However, due to the pandemic, I had to pause my studies to help support my family's needs. I entered the BPO industry with no prior knowledge of how it worked. I was overwhelmed at first—stepping onto the production floor where everyone was speaking non-stop, solving problems, and dealing with frustrated customers was a real culture shock. I never expected it to be that intense. But with nearly two years of experience, I’ve grown so much. I’ve learned how to empathize with people, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and most importantly, developed the emotional strength to stay calm and professional—whether the customer was kind or upset. I’m confident that the skills I gained in Customer Service are valuable assets I can carry into any industry I choose to pursue.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I joined Filipino Homes in 2023 with zero knowledge about real estate and how the industry works. But with confidence and a brave heart, I took the initiative to learn everything from scratch. I handled social media marketing, engaged with prospects, familiarized myself with real estate terms, and gained a solid understanding of pricing and payment structures. I also conducted property viewings and took on the responsibility of managing a team. It was a broad and challenging role, but with proper time management, resilience, and a positive attitude, I was able to handle it successfully.
