Civil Engineer

Prepare quantity take-offs using Planswift, Autodesk Design Review, and MS Office Apps and incorporate defined parametric cost to provide the overall cost of the project.

➢ Conducts project bidding and recommends final awarding of contract packages. ➢ Prepares project budget and project schedule to be presented to the management. ➢ Checks and reviews engineering drawings from the design team and conducts site inspection prior to project implementation. ➢ Monitors daily project accomplishment, inventory of materials, and manpower. ➢ Prepares purchase requisition forms with accurate quantities and ensures timely delivery of owner supplied materials. ➢ Ensures construction quality adheres to issued final construction plans and approved specifications. ➢ Attends meetings including alignment meetings with project stakeholders. ➢ Evaluates and recommends billing requests of contractors/suppliers for payment processing. ➢ Conducts walkthrough with all project stakeholders/client, designers, end-users and construction groups. ➢ Consolidates all construction-related documents and prepares, updates, and monitors project reports including cost reports for management reference and updates. ➢ Collates punch lists and ensures that all are completed within acceptable limits and prescribed deadline. ➢ Maintains over-all safety of project site including proper housekeeping. ➢ Settlement and closing of project accounts to all stakeholders.
