Inbound Sales Representative duties includes taking phone calls, assisting customers, solving customer complaints, placing orders, scheduling appointments, and following up on outbound calls.

Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems. Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.

As a fraud analyst, Our responsibilities are to monitor bank accounts, financial transactions, accounting paperwork, and other financial documents and analyze the data to identify any potential fraudulent activity.

Responsible for reaching out to potential customers to sell their company's products or services. Typically, they do this by selling via outbound channels such as calls, texts, or email, as well as in-person or virtual sales appointments conducted with leads.
