In my current role, I resolve customer problems, give sales pitches, and take accurate notes of conversations with patrons. I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and have been formally recognized by them for my contribution towards my department’s success.
The results I can deliver in capacity of a data entry clerk stem from my data entry skills, customer-centered attitude and proven attention to detail. Well-versed in troubleshooting database software and highly proficient in spreadsheet entry and updating, I am also a great team player and have strong faith in the role of collective effort to get any job done
