I've been in financing company for almost 3 years. I started in sales department for about a year and had my promotion to Account Counselor.
- Provide immediate counseling in troubled and hard paying accounts.
- Conducts character investigation for in coming costumers for company assurance.
- Responsible for branch sales service.
- Conducts preliminary questioning to applying costumers.
- Creating new and fresh innovating ideas to maintain monthly quotas.
- Make marketing strategy and calendar plan for marketing activities
Now I'm Credit and Collection Supervisor where I'm handling 1,900 accounts depending on the numbers of sales every month.
I am highly motivated and very optimistic person to achieve my monthly quota.
