Profile Description

As Senior Analyst, I served as point of contract for assigned
team which perform a range of tasks from complex to straight forwarded such as data gathering, data analysis and contract drafting for our US based health insurance company client. I provide assistance in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems.
I was responsible in overseeing and conducting internal quality audit for
assigned team to ensure high quality production.
Likewise its also within the scope of my responsibility to manage workload assignment for assigned team. I do coaching and mentoring to assigned team and provides required technical training to new and other team member/s in completing their work and acquiring desired skills.
I am also responsible in producing accurate and timely production reporting and other ad-hoc reporting/data analysis for the following: for variance control of project budgets and expenses; cost reduction initiatives and awareness; project consistency on Key Performance Metrics through work plan/action items on driving consistency on Key Performance Metrics through forecasting, capacity planning and similar tasks; and regular reporting and analysis for the project, this includes Scorecards, 3x3 Dashboard, and Management Reports.
As also had experienced as technical writer where I create standards for C# and N-Tier architecture applications, conduct software testing and debugging and provide system documentation.
As also had experienced as Computer instructor where i thought basic computer system, windows application and programming to high school students.
I had average knowledge on the following:
Programming Languages:
• C#, Borland Delphi 5.0. Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual Fox Pro,
Turbo Pascal, CTT, COBOL, Clipper, AutoCAD, and Assembly
