i am a computer literate, and a good communication skills. i am interested in learning more and reading and knowing more about our new technologies. and i find it very fasinating to learn about servicing other people need as i work. for i was working as a reservation officer and i talk to all sort a customer service mainly in airlines, like phill air,china southern, cathy pasific, etc. i am good in analising problems and even if im not familiar with a certian work i grow and be interested to learn more than what i am assign to do in my previous work.
