After finishing college I started working as a Customer Service Representative and have handled mostly travel accounts like VBRO/HomeAway, and Airbnb. I have also been a Team Lead after taking 8 weeks of phone calls. What I can do for my client is to offer my service and manage their company inbox, etc., and work as a General Virtual Assistant. Solid 5 years of Customer service experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. Extremely productive in a high volume, high stress, environment and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
