post-construction sites. My background combines hands-on cleaning experience
with comprehensive administrative and coordination tasks, making me highly
effective in both operations and support roles.

In my role at the agency, I have overseen
cleaner hiring and onboarding through platforms like Indeed and WiseHire,
coordinated interviews via Calendly, and handled quality assurance, team
scheduling, and customer communications.
