I’m a Property Management Accounting Specialist with 4+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies across 12 states, handling a cumulative portfolio of 3,500+ properties and ~1,800 owners across long-term, mid-term, and short-term (Airbnb) rental operations.

My work spans full-cycle property management accounting within AppFolio and QuickBooks Online, with hands-on responsibility for high-volume, multi-entity financial environments. I’ve built my experience in fast-moving, complex portfolios where accuracy, structure, and financial integrity are critical.

I have worked closely alongside a U.S.-based tax firm, preparing audit-ready working papers and maintaining clear audit trails for non-cash transactions such as security deposits, delinquency balances, and other balance sheet movements, ensuring compliance, traceability, and clean financial reporting.

End-to-end property accounting (billing, receivables, payables, deposits, and ledger management)
Performing owner distributions, including calculation, processing, and reconciliation
Conducting three-way trust reconciliations and escrow diagnostics for compliance and accuracy
