Profile Description

I've been supporting executives for over six years, and for the past several years I've worked directly with C-suite leaders as a right-hand EA and Chief of Staff support. My work goes well beyond task management. I handle executive communications, HR operations, recruitment, team management, compliance documentation, PR coordination, and cross-functional project execution, often all at once.

I currently support a COO at a US-based company across two operational ventures. I manage a distributed remote team, build internal systems from scratch, draft investor-facing materials, and make sure the executive's priorities are always moving forward without him having to follow up on anything twice.

I'm comfortable in fast-moving environments where the scope changes constantly and figuring things out on the fly is part of the job. I use AI tools daily as a core part of how I work, not as a shortcut but as a way to move faster and produce output that goes straight to leadership. I'm also familiar with crypto and Web3, having been active in the space since 2020.
Tools I work with regularly include Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , Slack, Canva, Breezy HR, Zoom, ---------- , and various AI tools. I work US hours from the Philippines and have no issues with time zone alignment for US or NZ-based clients.
