General Admin Assistant , General Virtual Assistant

As a person who is assigned in handling important documents in our company, with careful attention to detail, I am able to notice missed signatures, complete job assignments on time and write professional emails with no spelling errors. I am also responsible to detail in reviewing correspondence, submitting reports and completing everyday duties.

I am the secretary in admin office of a Chinese business owner here in BGC so it's necessary for me to be his representative in terms of handling the needed requirements and documents both international and local offices in written, verbal and interpersonal communication. I am also a Patent Agent who works and talk with an Inventor of any products to evaluate invention technology, assess patentability, draft patent applications, and analyze and respond to the World International Property Organization.

As a secretary in admin office of a Chinese Business Owner I often manage many tasks and pieces of information at the same time. As I directly support an executive I'm also responsible in maintaining their calendar as well. I also handle a file management system, either physically or on a computer and should be adept at storing and retrieving files like planning, delegation and office management.
