Profile Description
I have 6 years in Medical Billing as an AR specialist. I do perform posting insurance payment, working different claim denials. Part of my job is to do some research and follow up on unpaid claims to insurance companies, review remits and EOBs, and work on authorization and insurance verification. I also do customer support where I take patient calls with billing inquiries and concerns.
I worked with different practices such as Orthopedic, Physical Therapy, Hospice, Dermatology, Pain Medical Rehab and Hospitals.
I am knowledgeable with different CRMs such as Total MD, Prompt, Kareo, Office Ally, eClinicalWorks and NetHealth.
I used to work in BPO Industry as a customer service representative focusing more on Transcribing a voice messages for 4 years. Transcribing entails listening to recorded audio and typing what I hear word-for-word.
I also worked as a customer service representative specifically in Bank Services for 3 years.
Part of my job is doing Outbound calls offering loans and insurance to credit card holders. Assisting card holders for their balance transfers and balance conversion.
I am driven, highly motivated and an organized person who can work with minimal supervision. I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to new environment. My prior experience is a big help with the team. I can be a great asset to your company and share my knowledge and experience for the success of your company.
