Profile Description

I have been in the customer service industry since 2007 and have assisted customers on various communication platforms such as phones, emails, SMS and ---------- my years of experience, I have handled several campaigns for telco, electronic consumer, financial, e-commerce, travel and hospitality ---------- addition, I've been doing a part-time job as an appointment setter and SEO specialist. Two years ago, I was promoted to a training role, which helped me gain a new set of skills. As a trainer, I ensure that new hires have the skills and tools they need to do their jobs and help them understand how they fit into the larger organization.
