I recently worked remotely as a U.S. Bankruptcy Paralegal for a Texas-based practice, primarily handling Chapter 7 debtor-side cases with exposure to Chapter 13 matters. My responsibilities include comprehensive intake review, financial document analysis, petition drafting, case management, PACER/CM-ECF coordination, and client communication from onboarding through discharge. I also have experience in landlord-tenant matters in Texas and California, assisting with drafting, case documentation, and procedural support.

Prior to my remote legal work for U.S.-based firms, I gained experience in Philippine legal practice, leasing, finance, medical services, and corporate language training, where I worked with professionals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including executives and teams from Fortune Global 500 companies. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, build rapport with different personalities, and maintain professionalism across various industries.
