I have been working in a hospital for 10 years as a STAFF NURSE and a QUALITY ASSURANCE NURSE for 3+ years as a US-based home Health Agency. My task is to review the SNV, PT, OT, ST visits notes, make the Best Practice notes, and OAISIS to make sure all data is accurate and that it correctly reflects
s in other sections of the patient's chart. With knowledge of different EMRs such as WELLSKY/KINNSER, AXXESS- (HHA notes), SANDATA (HHA notes), and different billing tools such as DR. Chrono, AVILITTY, OFFICE ALLY, GREENWAY, INTERGY, and PROMT.  I pay excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills. I am proficient in analyzing medical records to ensure proper documentation and identify improvement. I am confident in my ability to be effective and in compliance with the regulatory bodies.
