Profile Description

I am an experienced Operations Management leader. With more than 2,000 taskers under my team, I am able to simultaneously manage remote and onsite teams with the help of proper work delegation and hands-on people management.

I am also an author of some of our remote and onsite processes for better team management and effective leadership.

The backbone of my CSR experience would be from the BPO job I had before as an email support representative wherein I was the Point of Contact for our account. I was responsible for minor operation support roles. I also recently finished a contract with a home-based Chat CSR job wherein using multiple chat applications has broadened my knowledge in this niche.

I am familiar with these applications: Zendesk (email and chat), Tawk, Hubspot, Intercom, and Live Chat Inc. We also used Shopify's backend to check on customers' orders.

If needed, I can provide proof of employment for both my BPO and home-based jobs.

In addition, I also have experience in writing crypto-niches about trading/exchange and gambling websites.
