I worked in the BPO industry for a decade as a Fraud Specialist, CSR, TSR, Email Support, Customer Associate, and contractor in various accounts such as financial, telco, e-commerce, and healthcare. Assisted customers in the UK, US, and AU. I can work with minimal supervision. I am a team player, a goal-oriented person, very keen on details, and I multi-task and always make sure to complete all the tasks that have been given in a timely manner. I am knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I have basic knowledge of creating a website and managing it, as well as using VBA.
