I am an Executive Assistant. My job is involved in supervising and assisting with other business operations, including coordination, documentation, scheduling, and general business management support. In addition, provides administrative and office assistance in a law office by handling documents, client coordination, filing, scheduling, and other clerical and organizational tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

I used to be a Head Barista in the same company I work now. I managed daily coffee shop operations while leading the bar team to ensure excellent customer service, product quality, and workplace efficiency. Supervised baristas, maintained coffee preparation standards, monitored inventory and supplies, and handled customer concerns professionally. Trained new staff on beverage preparation, cleanliness, machine maintenance, and company procedures. Ensured proper calibration and maintenance of espresso machines and grinders to deliver consistent beverage quality. Assisted in scheduling, cash handling, stock monitoring, and implementation of hygiene and safety standards to maintain smooth store operations.o be honest, I don't have any experience in Virtual Assistant but I am eager to learn so I can give you the best service beyond expectation.
