I worked as Telesales Representative for 2 years and few months for Sprint and Vonage. Both of the accounts were US base. I believe that for you to be able to be a competitive sales rep, you have to build a strong relationships with the customers one they called in. Active listening skills, on what the customers wants and needs so you will be able to recommend the best product to them. As a sales representative, you also need to have urgency in closing a sale especially if the customer has doubts in making a purchase. Patience is also needed in this kind of job, you have to have more patience to answer customer's questions and you should also have to prepare yourself for rebuttals if needed. These are the things that I can professionally do for the company and make sure that I can do the job well and help the company to grow more.
