Profile Description

I do freelance and home-based data encoding as a part time job. I transcribed health care audio recordings and dictations from different medical practitioners in Northern America. It was also my job to research updates and latest developments in the field of medicine and other health related issues to be used as future references. With my background in transcribing, I did home-based general transcription for about 6 months. I also trained and worked as an outbound call center agent where my job was to set appointments and do surveys to different costumers in the USA as our client specifies. I am internet savvy, utilizing the internet to do my jobs quickly and efficiently. Also, I am willing to be trained by my employers to broaden my knowledge and skills. I am highly motivated with the ability to manage my time and I am customer service oriented with a knack for building quick rapport.
