My employment skills are traced back from my first job as a legal secretary wherein I was tasked to deal with the different legal forms and documents and the legal processes as well. I have also worked as a data encoder, bookkeeper and accounting clerk which did train me of the basic office skills. Then I got interested with working in the BPO industry as a customer service associate which handled the general queries of clients from troubleshooting to sales.
And finally, I became a law instructor then enhancing my skill on interacting with students and addressing to their basic needs.
