Hi, my name is Joan Ravela, 33 years of age
I've been in Freelancing and BPO industry for 8 years now. Started my career with Telemarketing for Solar equipments, wherein I was able to set appointments above the required target.
I Have been managing reports in Excel and Google Spreadsheet, also did Email Marketing for two years.
I've Handled Reverse Mortgage as well, and as what I always strive to do, also
provided appointments to my client daily.
I dUpgrade to see actual info to switch into BPO industry where I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunication company in United States. The job includes answering inbound calls from customers queries, sales, and everything that they need with their phone service. After 3years of hitting above the metric scores, I was promoted as a Team Leader, handled a group of 15 Upgrade to see actual info is quite a challenging role but definitely rewarding as a I share what I've learned
and mold them to be future Upgrade to see actual infoerpersonal skills is a must to manage and create a succesful team, and that reflected with our scores and standing every month, we never fail to be on the Top 3 Teams in the Company.
For the past six months, I'm working with Shuttle services in Australia as my part time job, and doing great with them so far
I would describe my self as a professional whose easy to get along with, reliable, can handle stressful situations and heavy workload.
At this point of my career, I would like to be part of a company where I can have a work-life balance, a permanent work from home, away from the hassle of going back and forth in the office. Most especially, a company that I can show my skills and learn more from my collegues.
