I can read architectural plans since it's been part of my job to draft and scrutinized plans. I have averaged skills in AUTOCAD and sketch-up for 3D modeling. I also do estimating using plan-swift( also bluebeam but only a little) and MS excel. I am also open for more opportunities related in my field.
