I am a graduate of University of Cebu-Banilad with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Management and I believe that I possess the educational background that will enable me to successfully apply the necessary skills to meet and exceed the demands and expectation of this position.
I have been working in the BPO industry for almost ten years. I started working in Tech Mahindra as a customer service representative and was promoted as a support while working full time, I was also a student. Eventually, I moved to Concentrix to hone my skills, strengths to become a better version of myself. I was able to cope up working in this field due to the skills I acquired as time goes by. One of those was being a multitasker, I can do multiple tasks and can get the job done right with efficiency.
