Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop, I excel in producing architectural and interior design technical drawings for permit applications, construction plans, shop drawings, and fabrication prints.
My experience spans Construction Project Management, encompassing:
Pre-construction and bidding-stage tasks such as material takeoffs, quantity surveying, and estimating using platforms like The Blue Book Network, PlanHub, BidMail, and BuildingConnected.
Conducting project evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
