Hi my name is April Jill B. Aban and I'm 38 years old and I currenly live in Davao del Sur, Philippines.



I have more than 17 years total of job experience with 6 years experience in the BPO Call center industry where I worked as a Call Center Supervisor, Technical Support, Customer Service Agent, Sales Agent and Admin Assistant.
For the last 6 years, I have been working from home as a virtual assistant, cold-caller, appointment setter, customer service representative and senior administrative officer.


My skills includes problem solving, verbal and written English communication, operating systems navigation, email, chat and phone expertise, customer service, sales expert, technical support, proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) and Gsuites applications, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and navigation,
data analyst, content writing, social media, data entry and research.


I have great attention to detail, enthusiastic and self-motivated. I am eager to listen and learn and can easily adjust with situation. I have proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situation, can work under pressure and team player.
