I have extensive experience managing pricing through third-party software like Wheelhouse, using data-driven insights to adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, and local market trends. My goal is always to minimize gap nights while ensuring strong returns for property owners.
Guest communication is one of my core strengths. I respond quickly to inquiries, manage smooth check-in and check-out experiences, and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction and strong reviews. Behind the scenes, I coordinate closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure each property is guest-ready and meets high quality standards. I also proactively source and onboard reliable vendors when new support is needed.
